Future of Care Chat – Episode 4: Understanding Why Organizations Want and Need a FHIR® Solution

Why do organizations want and need a FHIR® solution?

The FHIR® standard is important because it allows the developers to build standardized browser applications that enable the user to access clinical data from any healthcare system regardless of the operating systems and devices that are used. Healthcare is becoming real-time, and the data needs to meet that standard. FHIR® data compatibility within an interoperable data solution allows care providers across the spectrum to see the patient data they need (in real-time, and accurately) to make important care decisions and next-step plans. Watch to learn more about why the HL7® FHIR® standard matters.

Next up from our last data interoperability series episode, In Episode 4, Marcus Caraballo, VP of Product Management, and Huthaifa Khan, Director, Solutions Architecture, discuss why healthcare organizations want and need a FHIR® data solution.
