The VirtualHealth training method ensures that your team can utilize the full extent of Helios. Our team provides on-site training during implementation and prior to go-live. Additionally, clients can always access simple technical user guides directly through Helios. As needed, we collaborate with clients to create separate guides for specific roles and responsibilities.

Our approach ensures continuity by providing a consistent account and product management team that remains with our clients from implementation to post go-live, including incremental post-go-live training. Clients can request additional training sessions as needed.
